Bolton Inflation Rate

Why has the Parking Charge, on Bolton Market, increased by a staggering %250 within a matter of weeks. From 0.40p to £1.00 per hour. I know that it's not much to pay, however, if every business decided to increase prices by %250, then there will be no business or customers... And the only reason they are allowed to do that, is because they can.

    Just received an email from Bolton Council today:

    Bolton Market car park is managed and maintained by NCP Ltd, who are also responsible for tariff increases.

    Therefore I will pass a copy of your e-mail to NCP Ltd for response.

    Not so long ago, that car park was one of the few car parks within the borough that was actually run by the council. Regardless, and whatever anybody does, nothing will change the fact, that we are all doomed, and that we don't really matter...
